You have to be a Mac, iPhone or iPad user running Safari and then on the Shopping Cart screen just hit the Black Apple Pay button.
Up pops a screen with all your details pre-filled by Apple Pay. Then you can use Touch ID on your iPhone to confirm the payment of even with your Apple watch.
All done and ordered without having to type in a single address or credit card number.
Really simple and really slick.
Apple Pay is available in United States, United Kingdom, China, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong, France, Russia and Singapore.
Looks like Apple will be launching a host of new iPad Pros early next year. The iPad lineup is a little confused at the moment with new and old models so it will be interesting to see if Apple use this as a good time to tidy things up. For us it's always interesting to see what colours Apple will go with and if they decide to match the new iPhone 7 colours of Black and the super shiny Jet Black. Now a Jet Black iPad Pro 12.9" would look amazing!!
Of course, we are also fingers crossed that they keep the Lightning connector, but after the release of the iPhone 7 we are pretty confident they will.
That's it for now...
So we have been using the iPhone 7 for the last few weeks now and have been really loving it. However the other day at a party we came across what might be it's biggest flaw.
We all know that the iPhone 7 does not come with a headphone jack, but do you really know what that means? It means that millions of Selfie sticks all over the world will stop working, as there is no way to plug in the shutter release!!!!
Not the most important important first world problem, we know, but just think how many Selfie sticks are going to be destined to the scrap heap and how all the Bluetooth Selfie stick manufacturers must be rubbing their hands in glee.
Well at least we were able to breathe a sigh of relief when Apple announced that they would be keeping the Lightning connector and our Quickdraw Lightning Cable was still compatible!
That's it for now...

Our suppliers have now all returned form the Chinese New Year holiday so we have been talking to them on a daily basis to try and resolve the Micro USB supply problem. We have some good samples that have passed our testing and we are now confirming the exact details, function and looks. The hard part is getting all the parts brought together correctly into 1 cable, without the need for new moulds to be cut. Adding new moulds into the equation would add at least 4 weeks to the production time so we are trying to use current moulds where possible and have them tweaked to meet our design.
The current design we are working on can be seen in the picture below. Don't worry it will still be a braided cable and all visible plastic will be clear. This design has nice strong plugs with a lovely rounded shape. Overall it looks like it is going to be a great cable.
We are sorry that it is taking so long but we really want to get this cable right and not just another Micro USB cable.
After the recent announcement by Apple that they are recalling all their Type C to Type C cables for their the new 12" Macbook we have had a number of requests for a replacement high quality and super tough cable.
We have been looking into this and it looks like we can also add in our LED charging light as well as the magnetic cable tidy. So hopefully coming soon there will be an all singing and dancing replacement power and data cable for the 12" Macbook. Best of all with our LED charging light you will be able to see if your Macbook is actually charging. This was a function Apple removed from the latest charging cables and which many many people are missing.
Hopefully the majority of you are loving your Quickdraw cables. We would love to hear what you think and if there are any improvements / changes you would like to see. Of course you are welcome to throw us a virtual high 5 if you're loving your Quickdraw cable.
We now have Quickdraw cables being used in Australia, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, USA, Canada, Chile, Mexico, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Israel, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Russia, Poland, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Philippines, Oman, Vietnam, Belgium, Lithuania, Holland...............basically, every continent and nearly every major country! And guess which country we've posted the most cables to? (answer at the end)
We have been testing a number of sample cables to find one that meets our requirements and is built to our standards and quality. We have a number that are looking hopeful, see pictures below
It is currently the Chinese New Year holiday so everything is a bit quiet and we cannot talk to the factories as they are all off having fun!!
Most of them will be back at work next week so we will be flat out talking to them again and getting the Micro USB cable sorted once and for all. We are really sorry about the delay, we are equally frustrated, maddened and darn right annoyed.
That's it for now, have a great weekend
